Ha, ha!! That's just too funny!! You what they say about revenge huh? ...a dish best served cold. In your case or rather your hubby's, it'll also be served with a side of Whoop-ass!!! How sweet is that?! _________________ Insanity = Doing the same stoopid thing over and over again and expecting different results. |

Well, today will be my my first time in the gym with "Boss Client" . .
I will give him a complimentary pass, then I am going give him a tour of the gym and the equipment, introduce him to the staff and I beleive he is going to sign up for his membership today.
We are going to do a fitness assesment today, his 4 week program starts officially on monday. I want to test the waters and see what his starting point is cardiovascular endurance and strength wise. So then when Monday comes along we can jump right in to the work out no foolin' around
I think he is an ideal client in so many ways . . he doesn't eat processed food, his food is actually very healthy, he is just not eating enough. He is definately not obese or really too out of shape, he just needs some conditioning, he may even put on a couple healthy pounds of muscle and lose a percent or 2 of body fat. I am excited!!
. . and a bit nervous I havn't trained any other guys except my husband . . I have worked mostly with women, they love me, but guys have a whole different "ego system"and I don't want to make him feel insecure or humiliated or anything.
I am sure everything will be fine once we are at the gym and we start interacting. It is just the anticipation that has me nervous. It should be just fine _________________ PGN Nutrition Nominated New Supplement of the Year |

it WILL be just fine!!! And even tho you are training him, it's not your job to do make him feel all manly about it (in fact, if you're doing it right, he's gonna feel un-manly!! lol)
you already know you're good at this! I can't wait to hear how it goes! |

| Stop fretting about training a guy besides your hubby. You'll do great. I can't wait to hear how it goes, also. |

The suit you blinged out was AMAZING, Tuffchick!!! Your seemingly neverending array of talents continues to amaze me!!!
You should try and set up a barter system with a pro athlete. You'll fix their suits for free if they train you for a competition!!! How cool would that be?!!! |

Phew! I am glad that is over with . . I was sooo nervous!
He kinda intimidates me (tho I'd never show it ) I am not sure why, definately not cuz of his size, maybe cuz he is wealthy and has high standards, or he is in a position of authority , maybe he reminds me of my step-father a bit . . anyway . .
The intro to the gym and his program walk thru was fantastic! He is going to be a very dedicated hard working client
As for me . . I had sick kids at home on and off thr out the week, I have been fightin something myself. I did get my back and shoulders woked really well on monday, but nothing the rest of the week. I tried doing a leg workout yesterday and my head was pounding and I felt so nauseus so I quit after 20 min. BUT my glutes and hams are sore today anyway No cardio this week.
A friend and I are going to do a swim workout tomorrow, ski hill bootcamp is done for the season, the hill is too muddy and slimy and the wet icy bleachers are dangerous, we are sad to have it end . . So we have to come up with other creative ideas and places to get together and do our workouts. _________________ PGN Nutrition Nominated New Supplement of the Year |

Exciting things in here. Glad the boss client is how a client should be in terms of eating and it appears to be commitment. _________________ ~Sophie~
