what are the differences in what a lift with a straight bar hits vs an EZ bar?

which lifts should i be using an EZ bar instead of a straight bar?

are the differences worth the expense of an ez bar?

I use an e-z bar for any of bb curls, rows, OH delt presses, skull crushers, I do some of my deads with it as well....and I also use the ezbar for ab rollouts, lol!! I'm sure there's more but I can't think of right now.
Essentially an ez bar takes some of the stress off of your wrist joints, and by design you would be lifting, pushing, whatever being able to better isolate or focus on the muscles you are working, rather than wrist placement....make sense?
